When we are contacted with a query.

When we are asked to send something via email or post.

When we require contact details for the purpose of communicating with our clients or suppliers relating to operating the business or providing a service to a customer.

For general enquiries, this will normally consist of a contact email and details provided relating to the enquiry.

Contact details required to allow us to communicate with our customers and suppliers.

To respond to your queries – the information provided enables us to respond.

If you are current customer or supplier, we will retain these details so we can continue to communicate in the future.

To deliver goods to our customers.

We work hard to ensure that your personal data is secure and have put in place appropriate technical and physical safeguards to secure the information that we hold.

Access to your personal data held on digital platforms is password-protected.

Whenever we collect or process personal data, we only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

At the end of that retention period, your data will be deleted.

We do not share personal data with anyone else.

The email marketing platform that we use is compliant with GDPR, and continues to regularly monitor and audit for compliance. Additionally, they have adopted Privacy by Design principles into their product development process, and work with all sub-processors to ensure customer’s data is appropriately protected.

 

8. What are your rights over your personal data?

You can object or withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at anytime.

You have the right to:
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask for your personal data to be updated when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
• Request that we stop using any personal data after consent for its use has been withdrawn.
• To have your personal data erased.
